Richard is a director in our Commercial and Technology team with a focus on commercial contracting, transactional intellectual property, consumer and advertising matters.
He advises clients across a range of sectors but has particular expertise in retail, food and drink and media and has spent time on secondment with consumer facing retail businesses.
Client’s trust him to support on day to day work as well as complex projects, valuing his “excellent level of understanding of commerciality” and close partnering to support delivery of client aims.
He advises across a variety of commercial matters, including manufacturing, supply chain and route to market arrangements, Marketing compliance and sponsorship agreements, Consumer contracting and eCommerce, Intellectual property licensing and exploitation and sale and supply of goods and services agreements.
