- ITM Power PLC: Advising on the sale of its 50% stake in its hydrogen refuelling joint venture, Motive Fuels, to hydrogen fund HYCAP Group.
- Visma: Acting for Visma, a global leader in B2B cloud software, on its acquisition of PDLC Tech (trading as Link My Books).
- Tritax Big Box REIT plc: Advising on its £74.25 million acquisition of a 626,000 sq ft distribution centre in Northern England.
- Drax Energy: Advising on its acquisition of BMM Energy Solutions, a UK electric vehicle charge point installer.
