She advises on a wide range non-contentious real estate matters including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, financing and acquisition or disposal of renewable energy projects, wayleave agreements, and commercial landlord and tenant transactions.
Experience
- Integrum Renewable Energy: Acting for Integrum Renewable Energy a UK-based solar PV and integrated battery storage developer, on its acquisition of a 78 megawatt co-located solar and battery project from renewables developer Island Green Power.
- Investors and developers: Acting for a variety of investors and developers in relation to the development of their portfolios of battery projects including complex, multi-landowner sites, drafting and negotiating option and lease documents and conducting due diligence.
- Disposal, lease, licence and easement matters: Working with long standing clients including The Crown Estate and Severn Trent Water on disposal, lease, licence and easement matters.
- EDF UK: Acting for EDF UK on the £25 million sale of its gas storage assets, Hill Top Farm and Hole House Farm, to Kistos Holdings plc, a low-carbon-intensity hydrocarbon producer. This included preparing and negotiating CLLS Certificates of Title.
- Due diligence: Assisting with the due diligence on a carbon capture linear project.
- New solar developments: Acting for landowners in relation to new solar developments including NSIP projects.
