Post Office

Advising a Core Participant in a major public inquiry including in respect of its disclosure obligations.

Conducting a structural review of our client’s data universe and information governance, and managing a data pool of over 100 million documents over an 18 month period, with a review team of 100+ and counsel team of 20+, in order to meet multiple disclosure obligations and deadlines.

Atos

Advising Atos on its disclosure obligations as part of a supercomputer procurement dispute. We combined our procurement disputes expertise to map our client’s data against the claim in a compressed time frame to enable early case analysis and meet our client’s disclosure obligations.

DHSC – Bunzl

Advising a central government department on its disclosure obligations in response to a judicial review under the duty of candour. In particular, we worked collaboratively with the edisclosure provider to develop a bespoke approach to identifying and redacting commercially sensitive information pursuant to a court order.

Cabinet Office – Moonshot

Advising a central government department on its disclosure obligations in response to a judicial review involving data mapping and collection from across government bodies and repositories.

Collaborating with them to deliver disclosure review teams to review significant volumes of documents to agreed protocols within tight timeframes as part of public inquiries and civil litigation.
