Behind the scenes: a day in the life of our Client Support Team
At the heart of our firm lies a dedicated group of professionals who ensure everything runs smoothly: our Client Support Team, otherwise abbreviated to CST. This team is composed of Legal Team Administrators, Assistants, PAs, Document Specialists and Departmental Coordinators, all of whom play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers and business services colleagues.
Typical day
Every day brings a variety of tasks and responsibilities for our Client Support Team. Their responsibilities include preparing and formatting legal documents, managing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and handling digital dictation by transcribing audio recordings into written documents for the fee earners.
One of the key roles of the Client Support Team is assisting in the client onboarding process. This involves gathering necessary documentation, setting up client files, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Their meticulous attention to detail ensures that every new client is onboarded smoothly and efficiently.
In addition to their administrative duties, the team also coordinates travel arrangements for our lawyers. This includes booking flights, hotels and transportation, ensuring all travel plans are organised efficiently and within budget. Their efforts allow our lawyers to focus on their work without worrying about the logistics of travel.
