BBalanced is our gender-balance network, helping to support gender balance in our careers, looking at issues related to specific genders and helping to identify ways to improve gender balance in senior and leadership roles.
Key projects:
- International Women’s Day Events: Each year, BBalanced celebrates International Women’s Day internally, covering themes, such as ‘Choose to Challenge’ and ‘Breaking the Bias’.
- Career Focus Groups: BBalanced leads a number of career focus groups, focussing on the opportunities and barriers to progression within the firm. The research findings have been relayed to our senior leadership Gender Taskforce and are now being actioned.
- Resources for Career Development: BBalanced creates resources to support both men and women in upskilling and developing their careers. So far, a range of topics have been covered, including imposter syndrome, confidence and parental leave.
