Advising clients including Rabobank, Lloyds, Natwest, Santander, TriplePoint, Balance Power, Atlantic Green, Foresight, Gresham House and Gravis on the development and construction finance of standalone and pipelines of BESS and storage projects, including BESS projects which are co-located with other generation sources.

Project and acquisition finance

Advising on the project finance, acquisition finance and fund financing of several GWs of solar (ground and rooftop) PV projects for lenders and sponsors in the UK and overseas, including Bluefield, Octopus, Atrato, OnPath Energy, Belltown, Ingenious and Spring Park Capital, Facility for Energy Inclusion (managed by Cygnum Capital), EDFI and Renewable Energy Performance Platform.

Wind farms

Advising on the project financing, acquisition finance and re-financing of wind farms and portfolios of wind farms, including Gravis Capital Partners, National Australia Bank Limited, NatWest, NIBC, Lloyds, Santander UK plc, MUFG, Infinergy, Temporis, Capital Dynamics, UK Green Investment Bank, KKR and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Energy from waste projects

Advising on the project financing of energy from waste projects for lenders and sponsors, including advising NatWest, Investec, Allied Irish Banks, Banco Sabadell, Gresham House, Export Development Bank Canada (EDC), Bio Capital, Equitix, Greenvolt, Evero Energy, Ancala Bioenergy Limited, Gravis and M&G Investments.

Sustainable transport transactions

Advising clients including FirstGroup, Rock Rail, Rubicon, Amber Infrastructure, and Gravis on sustainable transport transactions, including funding the purchase of fleets of electric cars, buses and vehicle batteries.
