Overview

Our transport disputes lawyers are leaders in their fields. We respond proactively and rapidly in urgent situations, such as safety incidents or investigations, using our considerable experience of advising businesses in the transport sector gained over many years.

We work with bus, coach, motor, marine, ports and aviation businesses and are also well-known for our work in the rail sector through our dedicated rail disputes team. Our team provides high quality legal advice shaped by a deep understanding of the sector, the imperatives of keeping passenger and freight transport moving and UK and EU regulations.

We act in the high court, competition appeals tribunals, industry resolution bodies and the coroner's courts. We also handle contested planning issues around transport infrastructure and land as well as commercial and distribution disputes and insurance test cases for transport sector clients.
