Lloyds in relation to a £50 million facility to fund a mixed commercial and residential portfolio.

HSBC in relation to investment and development facilities to luxury hotel group, Harbour Hotels.

abrdn on the £66m refinancing of a property portfolio owned by part of the Commercial Estates Group with assets located in England and Scotland.

US Bank on the real estate and construction aspects of the development financing of the new £365m Manchester Arena.

Pluto Property Finance on a £41m bridging facility for a 500 unit residential scheme.
