Darwin Alternatives as long-term advisor across its multiple investment funds. Recently this has included the acquisition and financing of a £150 million crematoria and memorial parks portfolio and a collection of luxury holiday lodges in the heart of Oxfordshire.

Aerium Group, on a 3-year mandate, to provide legal advice in relation to its £500+ million UK-wide real estate portfolio.

London & Regional Properties on various matters throughout the UK including on the purchase of Pyramids Business park in Bathgate, Scotland, a multi -let business park consisting of film studios and offices.

Shareholder of a specialist care provider on the sale of a £100 million portfolio of 16 residential care homes, 3 mental health hospitals and a further education college across England and Wales.

Atlas Hotels on multiple significant acquisitions, including the £63 million corporate acquisition of the Chardon Group, comprising six hotels across Scotland, the £23 million acquisition of the Holiday Inn Express, a 239-bedroom hotel in Snow Hill, Birmingham and the £9 million acquisition of the Hampton by Hilton, a 109- bedroom hotel in Birmingham, situated in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.

Zetland Capital on its acquisition of hotels & leisure assets across the UK, including a £100+ million acquisition of the 338 bedroom Macdonald Manchester Hotel and the 156 bedroom Macdonald Holyrood Hotel in Edinburgh; and a £23 million purchase of a portfolio of 12 historic pubs in central London.

West Ranga Property Group as principal legal advisor across their UK wide assets including investment acquisitions and disposals such as the purchase, leaseback and onward sale of a portfolio of five Cazoo sites across England and Scotland.

Tritax on shared grid connection arrangements and renewables private wire power purchase arrangements across its big box parks.

Pandox Hotels on the purchase of an Adagio Aparthotel and adjacent public square (comprising five retail units) at 231 Canongate, Edinburgh. Our advice on this matter included real estate, planning and construction.
