Overview

The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 came into force on 1 January 2024 and represent a fundamental change to the way that certain healthcare services will be procured by the “relevant authorities” (such as ICBs, NHS England, Trusts and Foundation Trusts).

Our PSR Hub provides a series of resources to support independent providers as well as NHS commissioners and local authorities – including short guides on the new mechanisms and longer reads, including on the remedies available under the PSR.

This page will be updated with new resources. If you would like to sign up to these alerts and other healthcare news from the Burges Salmon team, you can do so here.
