Clients

Advised the UKs fastest growing digital retirement platform, Embark Group throughout its growth including multiple acquisitions, key strategic partnerships and joint ventures and fundraisings (most recently the raising of circa £90m of capital from significant institutional investors including Blackrock, Legg Mason, Merian Chrysalis and Franklin Templeton) and in relation to the recently announced exit to Lloyds Banking Group for c. £390m.

Advised UK defence tech business on equity fundraisings, incentive arrangements and commercial matters and ultimately its c. £200m exit to a major international corporate.

Advising Fern Trading Limited (advised by Octopus) in relation to the acquisition of multiple fibre to the premises installation companies, including the provision of up over £700m of further funding and a significant two-stage restructuring of the group.

Advised waste to jet fuel business Firefly on its growth capital investment from Wizz Air Plc and significant associated offtake arrangements.

Advised clean ammonia business We Are Nium on its equity investment led by US venture capital funds AgFunder and DCVC.

Advised battery technology business LIND on equity investment secured from Green Angel Ventures, Scottish Enterprise and the University of Strathclyde.

Advised clean-tech business Hesti on its equity funding round led by SFC Capital.

Advised OpenHydro in an equity funding round led by Sustainable Ventures.

Advised Circularity Capital on its investment in ACS.
