With Labour's recent policy shift on onshore wind in England, there is renewed interest from developers in these projects. While onshore wind has continued to grow in Scotland, we have seen many experienced professionals move to international roles or other renewable technologies.

Our Renewable Energy team, many with extensive experience from the initial wave of onshore wind projects, have created a series of short video in conversation briefings providing valuable legal insights and practical tips for deploying onshore wind projects across the UK. They’ll cover topics including dealing with landowners, corporate structuring, supply chain, disputes, planning and communities, finance, and grid and regulatory.

If you would like to discuss any of these subjects further, please get in touch.
