The new thresholds will apply to procurement procedures that commence on or after 1 January 2018 subject to:
- the Public Contracts Regulations 2015
- the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016
- the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016
- the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011.
The tables below set out the current thresholds which apply until 31 December 2017 and the revised thresholds which will apply from 1 January 2018 for each regime.
