Independent UK law firm Burges Salmon has advised Virgin Hotels in relation to the opening of a new hotel in London.
Virgin Hotels London Shoreditch is located in the heart of one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. Located at 45 Curtain Road and previously operating as the Mondrian London Shoreditch, the new Virgin Hotel features 120 rooms as well as a rooftop bar, pool and private members club rooms managed by Ibiza’s Blue Marlin, with world renowned chef Dani Garcia operating his Bibo restaurant from the lower-ground floor.
