Burges Salmon’s Real Estate Finance team, led by partners Graham Soar, Paul Browne and Steve James, has advised Bank Leumi on the transaction that has seen the 4C Hotel Group receive debt funding to develop a Canopy by Hilton hotel in the heart of London.
The transaction builds on Burges Salmon’s reputation in the hotels and leisure sector, involving the Banking, Real Estate, Construction and Tax teams and coordination of counsel across several jurisdictions.
