Burges Salmon has advised funds advised by Octopus Investments on the acquisition of South East housebuilder Elivia Homes.

Octopus will provide growth funding to enable Elivia to expand its Central and Southern regions. Elivia Homes aims to grow into a £250 million turnover business and will construct more than 200 affordable homes per year for families and households in the region. The firm will also make a significant investment in new jobs, with an estimated 1,000 positions to be created in the business and across its supply chain in the next five years.
