Integrum Renewable Energy has an existing pipeline of 2GW of utility-scale solar, battery energy storage systems and co-located hybrid projects, and as a result of this transaction, Omnes has taken a majority stake in Integrum through its Capenergie 5 fund, which is its latest renewable energy private equity fund.
Omnes plans to deploy £150 million of equity as part of the investment which is poised to serve as a catalyst for Integrum Renewable Energy's continued advancement in the UK renewable energy landscape. With this strategic partnership, Integrum Renewable Energy is well-equipped to deliver innovative and environmentally sustainable solutions for a greener energy.
Led by a highly experienced management team, Integrum Renewable Energy is committed to becoming a fully integrated Renewable Independent Power Producer (IPP) platform with a target operational portfolio of 1GW+ and a multi-GW pipeline within the next 4-6 years. It initially operated as a subsidiary of Integrum Power Engineering Ltd, a NERS accredited Independent Connection Provider and design and build electrical engineering contractor specialising in HV power transmission, distribution, and generation projects.
Integrum Renewable Energy remains dedicated to its mission of delivering sustainable and innovative energy solutions to address the country’s growing demand for clean power. This transaction allows Integrum Renewable Energy to leverage the support and expertise of Omnes to drive its growth and make an impact in the UK's renewable energy landscape
