Independent UK law firm Burges Salmon has advised Chicago-based Moss, a leading producer of premium graphics, complex structures and custom installations for brand experiences, on its UK acquisition of Macro Art, a graphics, branding and signage company based in Cambridgeshire. Moss is a portfolio company of investment funds managed by EagleTree Capital, a New York-based private equity firm.
With a presence in Germany and Poland, the acquisition of Macro Art complements Moss’s European portfolio and supports its expansion strategy to build sustainable and high-quality branded experiences for its growing international client base.
