The Burges Salmon team, led by Energy corporate partner Camilla Usher-Clark advised the shareholders of YHHL on all legal aspects of the deal, which sees the sale to JLEN of 100% of the shares in YHHL, which owns the Kirkthorpe, 500kW single turbine hydro project on the river Calder and the Thrybergh, twin screw 260kW hydro project on the river Don; plus a 1.2MW battery co-located at Thrybergh.
