Burges Salmon has advised Pula Aviation on the acquisition of Bristol Flying Centre Ltd, a leading fixed based aviation operator providing a full range of general aviation services, ranging from engineering and handling to private air charter and aircraft management.
Corporate partner Dominic Davis led the Burges Salmon team with support from associate Gregory Nash and solicitor Joshua Reynolds along with partners and lawyers from teams across the firm including Employment, Real Estate, Pensions and Incentives and Tax.
