Burges Salmon has advised Virgin Group on the acquisition of Whitfield Studios, a 21,000 square foot work space in the iconic former recording studios based in Fitzrovia, London.
The Whitfield Street property was acquired by entrepreneur Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Group with plans to refurbish and refit the former recording studios for use as the Virgin Group’s new London headquarters.

The Group’s acquisition of Whitfield Studios is a fitting addition to the prestigious and well-respected brand and we are delighted to have supported the Group in its acquisition of this iconic property.”
