Burges Salmon is pleased to announce a 96 per cent trainee retention rate this year, with 26 out of 27 final year trainee solicitors accepting positions at the firm upon qualification in September 2018.
The 26 individuals, which comprise 13 women and 13 men, will qualify into a range of the firm’s key teams including construction and engineering, projects, corporate, real estate, banking, employment, dispute resolution, planning, pensions and private client.
Over the past five years, Burges Salmon has recorded an average trainee retention rate of 94 per cent (91 per cent in 2014, 100 per cent in 2015, 85 per cent in 2016 and 100 per cent in 2017).
