JET Retail UK Limited, a UK subsidiary of Houston-based energy and manufacturing company Phillips 66, took ownership of four petrol forecourts in the north of England with the acquisition of Harrogate Investments Limited and its operating company, Kenworth Limited, in December.
The two latest acquisitions of Millpool Service Station, south of Birmingham, and Linden Service Station in Leeds see JET Retail UK take its total number of company owned sites to eleven.
Burges Salmon Corporate partner Dominic Davis and senior associate Julie Book led the team advising on the three separate transactions, with support from Richard Hugo, Rebecca Kearney and Tom Currie, together with specialist input from the wider Commercial, Tax and Real Estate teams.
Dominic comments: “We are delighted to have worked with our longstanding client Phillips 66 in securing these latest sites. It has been a pleasure to work closely alongside the Phillips 66 in-house team in securing JET’s growth so far.”
