Independent UK law firm Burges Salmon has strengthened its Technology sector group with the appointment of senior lawyer Madelin Sinclair McAusland.
With 14 years of experience spent both in private practice at A&O Shearman, and in-house at Virgin Management, Madelin is a commercial lawyer and a media and communications law specialist, advising household and consumer brands on complex commercial, technology, data protection and IP issues.
Madelin will be working with many of the firm’s most progressive and dynamic clients from multinational companies through to high growth emerging businesses and supporting them on pioneering and transformational transactions to bring new products to market; advise on the deployment, and real-world market application, of new technologies; and guide them through large-scale digital transformation projects.
