Independent UK law firm Burges Salmon has advised Oslo-headquartered Visma, a global leader in B2B cloud software solutions, on its acquisition of PDLC Tech Ltd, trading as Link My Books, a leading ecommerce accounting automation platform. With over 25 years in software innovation, Visma is valued at €19 billion and is the leading B2B software group in the EU with 190+ companies and two million customers it works with globally. The acquisition further cements Visma’s position as a leading provider of ‘mission critical’ software in Europe.
A multi-disciplinary Burges Salmon team advised on the acquisition providing corporate, employment, commercial and tax expertise.
