Stonewall’s UK Workplace Equality Index ranks organisations on their work in 10 areas of employment policy and practice, including staff network groups, senior leadership and client experience.
Burges Salmon leapt 92 places in its score, which is calculated based on the completion of the index and anonymous staff surveys about diversity and inclusion at work.
