The Pensions team at independent UK law firm Burges Salmon has launched its Triage Tool in respect of UK Pensions for International Companies. This new addition to our pensions Triage Tools is published following our previous award winning ESG Tool and our Pensions Moral Hazard powers.
The tool, which the firm’s Pensions Team has made free to access online by request, provides a 60 page interactive summary guide for the international business community to understand more about UK pensions including:
1. new regulatory powers
2. scheme funding
3. buy out and de-risking
4. notifiable events
Employers will be able to use the interactive guide to understand the possible implications in connection with UK pensions for a wide range of events, including M&A activity, the payments of dividends and restructuring.
Clive Pugh, a partner in the firm’s Pensions practice, says: “We’re delighted to launch our interactive and user-friendly Triage Tool relating to UK Pensions for International Companies and to make it freely available to employers and others via the Burges Salmon website by request. The intuitive tool simplifies complex regulation and provides users with practical guidance to apply following specific business events.”
