The real estate team from Burges Salmon has been named ‘Property Management Legal Advisory of the Year’ at the Property Week Management All-Stars 2017 Awards.
The team was awarded this prestigious industry accolade based on the industry-recognised quality of its ‘truly outstanding’ property management practice. The judges were particularly impressed by the depth and breadth of the team’s work and the rare ability to handle commercial, residential and rural property transactions. The team’s unique expertise in the common law doctrine of Escheat also set it apart.
Judges noted “Burges Salmon has real experience in the sector, demonstrated by its impressive set of testimonials – they are clearly experts in their field” and further praised the firm’s clear focus and ability to handle any number of cases under one roof - aided by its outstanding industry knowledge.
“This is a very strong endorsement of the firm’s strategy and our standing within the real estate industry,” comments Burges Salmon’s real estate sector group head, Richard Clark.
Run by real estate sector magazine Property Week, the Management All-Stars Awards celebrate excellence across all segments of the management of real estate. The Awards reflect the recognition and key role property managers and their partners play in keeping the buoyant property sector on a steady course.
The Awards took place at Grosvenor House in London on Thursday 2 November.
