Andrew Eaton, a partner at independent UK law firm Burges Salmon, has been named as one of the world’s leading practitioners in the Who's Who Legal (WWL) Restructuring & Insolvency 2024 report.

Andrew is head of Burges Salmon’s Banking and Finance team and also leads the firm’s Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency practice. He has extensive experience advising on domestic and cross-border distressed situations, acting for investors, companies, management teams, insolvency practitioners, regulators and pensions trustees in relation to formal and informal debt and equity restructurings, contingency planning and insolvency in the public and private sector. With a focus on international work, Andrew’s team is well-positioned to advise on cross-border restructuring and insolvency issues.
