Independent UK law firm Burges Salmon is pleased to announce that is has secured a place on the new legal services panel for existing client, Pennon Group plc, the owner of South West Water, Bristol Water and Bournemouth Water.

Building on its excellent track record of undertaking complex and high-profile work in this sector, the firm’s water and wider sector specialists will have the opportunity to provide Pennon Group, as part of this panel appointment, with advice on a range of legal services including corporate, debt and equity markets, commercial and intellectual property, tax, pensions, litigation, employment, data protection and privacy, property and construction, environmental, regulation, competition law, public law, IT and cyber security, health and safety, renewable energy and infrastructure.
Michael Barlow, Head of Water at Burges Salmon, says: “We are delighted to have secured this important panel appointment from our existing client Pennon Group. Having advised and built up a strong relationship with Pennon Group over the last three years, this appointment will allow us to continue working with Andrew, Emma, Barry and the team to help them deliver on their strategic priorities in the coming years.”
Andrew Garard adds: “We’re really pleased to have the Burges Salmon team on board as one of the trusted advisers on Pennon Group’s new legal services panel.
