The Private Client team from Burges Salmon has been shortlisted in the Law Firm of the Year – London category at the forthcoming Citywealth Magic Circle Awards 2016.
The Citywealth Magic Circle Awards are held annually in the Spring to find the best advisors and managers in the global industry. Awards will go to those organisations/individuals that are recognised by peers and clients as demonstrating excellence under criteria including in-depth technical expertise & knowledge of their field; market-leading services; innovative solutions to private client dilemmas; and leadership & vision.
Last year, having acted on the largest ever trust-company merger, Burges Salmon’s Private Client team was delighted to have been shortlisted in the Law Firm of the Year – London category at the Citywealth Magic Circle Awards 2015.
Although the team continues to advise on ground-breaking transactions, it has been shortlisted this year based on the breadth as well as the depth of its private wealth practice.
Private Client team partner Jim Aveline said: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted in the Law Firm of the Year – London category for the second year running. Our team acts on some of the largest national and international transactions in the private wealth sector and we feel that this shortlisting reflects the work we regularly undertake for our clients.”
The Citywealth Magic Circle Awards will take place on Thursday 12 May 2016 in London.
The Burges Salmon Private Client team acts for high and ultra-high net worth individuals, private banks, trust companies and family offices across the UK and in a number on international jurisdictions from its offices in London and Bristol.
