Burges Salmon has once again been ranked as one of the top legal advisers in Clean Energy Pipeline’s Clean Energy Europe Finance Guide 2015.
The firm has retained its first place ranking for its Venture Capital, Private Equity and M&A sector work by number of deals, at 59, which is 42 per cent ahead of the second place ranked firm in this table.
Burges Salmon is also ranked seventh for its Project Finance sector work, both by number of deals (10) and their aggregate value ($1.19 billion). In the 2014 guide, the firm was sixth (with four deals) and 10th ($650 million) respectively.
The firm also received a ranking of seventh place for the value of deals it completed, at $794 million, which is a further improvement on 2014.
Clean Energy Pipeline is an online daily news and data service that provides independent news, data and analytics on the Clean Energy sector. Its league tables rank the most active investors, law firms, financial advisers and project debt finance arrangers and lenders in the global clean energy sector during 2014.
