Burges Salmon has appointed Caroline Harwood as Director, Incentives, in its Pensions and Incentives practice group.
Caroline joins Burges Salmon from Grant Thornton, where her role was Director and Head of Equity Reward (South). Caroline was responsible for helping to build the National Equity Reward team at Grant Thornton and is experienced in the design and implementation of all forms of incentive schemes.
Part of Caroline’s role at Burges Salmon will be to continue to develop the firm's Incentives offering, alongside senior associate Paula Hargaden.
Caroline said: 'I am excited to have the opportunity to join Burges Salmon and to develop the Incentives services we provide to both new and existing clients.'
