Catherine is a director in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. She specialises in contentious property matters, advising a wide range of clients from retailers and institutional investors to high net worth individuals and developers. She is used to representing clients in the High Court, County Courts and Property Tribunal as well as resolving matters through mediation and arbitration.

Acting for the developer of a key central London development site, in its dispute with investors over performance of the development agreement.

Representing a private individual in their High Court Claim against residential neighbours for unreasonably withholding consent under a restrictive covenant.

Negotiating the settlement of a proprietary estoppel claim brought by a developer against Trustee landowners.

Advising on a complex ground rent review arbitration for a large institutional investor.

Defending a prominent London developer against a leaseholder’s claim of mis-representation.

Successfully representing a residential landlord at the Property Tribunal in a service charge dispute with over 150 tenants.
