Katie heads the firm’s hotel finance practice. She specialises in real estate finance and hotel finance and has a wealth of experience leading UK and cross-border real estate finance deals. She acts for a range of clients including banks, funds and corporates on finance transactions within the built environment and hotels sectors.
She is qualified to practise law in England, Wales and Scotland.

- Lanesborough Hotel: Advising on the refinance of the Lanesborough hotel.
- Coutts: Advising on the refinance of a group of Courtyard by Marriott hotels across England and Scotland.
- HSBC: Advising in relation to investment and development facilities to luxury hotel group, Harbour Hotels.
