Keith is a partner in the Projects team.
He specialises in advising sponsors, government departments and lenders on the development and financing of major projects, in the UK and internationally, and is active in the areas of defence, aviation, commercial contracts, infrastructure and projects, space, and transport.
Experience
- UK Ministry of Defence: advising on the SKYNET military satellite programme, including SKYNET 5 PFI, Service Delivery Wrap services contract competition, Enduring Capability satellite procurements and terminal and model procurements.
- UK Ministry of Defence: Advising on training projects including the Army Collective Training Service competition, the A400M Training Service PPP Project and the Astute Class Training Service PFI project.
- Ascent (a Babcock/Lockheed Martin JV): Advising on the fixed wing, rotary wing and rear crew packages of the UK Military Flying Training System project.
- UKAEA: Advising on the collaboration aspects of the STEP nuclear fusion project, drawing on previous experience advising UK MOD on the Dreadnought Alliance.
- National Highways: Advising on the highways aspects of the Heathrow Expansion Project and the transfer back to the public sector of the Severn River Crossings.
- UAE Armed Forces: Advising on the YahSat satellite programme, including satellite procurement, ground system procurement and operation and maintenance arrangements.
