He has experience (including in-house) advising clients on a broad range of technology transformation projects and commercial contracts, including outsourcing arrangements, complex framework agreements, software licensing, product and platform white labeling, professional security services and data protection.

- Global Defence Organisation: Advising on its global centralised cloud-based storage solution and the implications and considerations of exporting data (including personal data) from the UK, security data classifications, and export control laws.
- UK Government Department: Advising on its data privacy compliance, including its data sharing and processing arrangements with defence contractors.
- Central Bank: Advising on and preparing framework agreements on the procurement of technology value added services and technology modernisation services.
- Investment Platform Provider: Advising on its outsourcing of regulated services to a third-party services provider, including the transfer of assets to the third party service provider.
- Nuclear Utilities Organisation: Negotiating several mission-critical services agreements within the nuclear sector.
- Water utilities provider: Preparing its framework agreement for the procurement of technology hardware, software and professional services.
