Sarah joined the firm in 1998 and was involved in the creation of the Company Secretarial Service. She qualified as a Chartered Governance professional in 2010 and became an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Governance in 2011.

Sarah provides administrative company secretarial support to a number of private companies including maintenance of their statutory registers on Diligent Entities. She also provides advice and guidance on specific events or packages of work that require specific company secretarial expertise.
