Adela joined the firm’s Banking and Finance team in April 2024 as a solicitor with experience in drafting and reviewing documents for a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including those spanning multiple jurisdictions. She acts for a variety of clients including lenders, borrowers, sponsors, and commercial clients.
Her experience includes providing financing advice to clients in the renewable energy sector, as well as broader players in the banking and finance sector.
