Alexandra is a director in the firm’s real estate team.

Alexandra has extensive experience acting for a variety of real estate sector clients including corporate investors, landlords and tenants, developers and lenders on a variety of commercial real estate transactions on a domestic and cross-jurisdictional scale. This includes acquisitions, lettings, disposals, development projects, financings, sale and leasebacks, as well as complex M&A transactions.

Experience gained at previous firms include:

• Advising Japanese investor on acquisition of various City major office and mixed-use buildings and pre-let of City office building.
• Advising a US-owned corporate client on acquisition of 220 sites from a franchisee across five jurisdictions.
• Advising global digital infrastructure investment firm on acquisition and subsequent disposal of digital media operator.
• Advising lender on the acquisition financing of flagship department store in Mayfair and adjoining office property for a mixed-use redevelopment.
• Advising lender on the property aspects of a significant financing of a large UK based build to rent residential portfolio.
• Advising Australian developer on various aspects of £2 billion ongoing regeneration at Elephant and Castle, London.
• Advising lenders on the development financing of energy-from-waste facility in the West Midlands.
• Advising Canadian pension plan on property aspects of the acquisition of a minority stake in electricity transmission business.
