Amy joined the Corporate Tax team upon qualification in September 2023. She has experience providing sectors with corporate tax advice and providing transactional tax support to other departments within the firm.
Her experience includes advisory work in relation to private company M&A work, commercial real estate transactions, banking agreements, corporate restructuring, and cross-border employment.
Experience
- Avenir Global: Providing UK-specific tax advice in a large multinational restructuring transaction.
- Fasadgruppen Group: Assisting the client in the £120 million acquisition of a UK group, providing transactional support to the corporate team and advising on the facility agreement to secure funding for the transaction.
- North Somerset Council: Providing tax advice to the local authority in relation to the prominent development of a road bypass.
- Rock Road Group: Assisting with a £50 million debt financing for the group to further investment in decarbonising transport networks.
- Saltus group: Supporting various financial service company acquisitions for the wealth management group.
- Various renewable energy projects: Assisting in the acquisitions of solar energy projects and dealing with the post-completion stamp duty submissions to HMRC.
