About

Chloe is a senior associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. She advises on a broad range of complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on contentious intellectual property matters and contractual disputes.

Described by clients as “inventive and creative” and “quick to understand and align with their client’s attitude to risk and ways of working”, Chloe works with her colleagues to help clients arrive at the right solution to their issue, minimising impact and maximising success. She is supported by our extensive dispute resolution practice with a proven track record in the highest-profile cases and cross-border, multi-sector expertise.

Chloe advises clients from a variety of sectors on a broad range issues, including on breach of contract and commercial disputes, trade mark infringement and passing off, copyright infringement and design infringement. She also advises on issues arising online, including the enforcement and take down of infringing content on social media and domain name disputes.

She is fluent in both Spanish and English, has completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Oxford, and is a regular contributor to the firm’s intellectual property bulletin, Concept.

  • Virgin: Advising in relation to various brand protection issues, including company name disputes and social media and internet issues.
  • Discovery Channel and the BBC: Advising media industry clients on new brands, content and other contractual and IP enforcement issues.
  • Limited Brands Inc. and its subsidiaries, including Victoria’s Secret: Acting in relation to EU wide brand protection issues, including copyright and design infringement issues.
  • Benefit Cosmetics: Acting in relation to a High Court trade mark infringement and passing off claim.
  • Provider of cloud-based products: Acting for a major provider of cloud-based software products in successfully defending a multi-million pound breach of contract claim.
