Christian Mulvihill Senior Associate

Christian is a senior associate in the firm's construction and engineering department. He advises on the procurement and delivery of construction projects and real estate assets, including logistic units, infrastructure and large-scale housing developments.

Christian has advised clients on various forms of JCT contracts, bespoke contracts and other standard forms of contract, including NEC, RIBA, RICS, CIC, ACA, ICE, PPC2000 and MF/1.

He has experience acting for developers, funders, purchasers, tenants, contractors, professional consultants and sub-contractors on a range of projects.

• Acted for a developer on the construction of several logistic distribution hubs across England and Ireland with a GIA in excess of 3.5 million square feet.
• Acted for a developer on the delivery of two hotels and a school on a single site in London.
• Acted for a local authority involving different funding options for the redevelopment of brownfield sites for mixed-use occupation.
• Advised a management company on a building contract for cladding remedial works for a large residential development scheme.
• Advised a national house builder on the construction of a c.£110m tower block development in London.
• Drafted pro forma construction documents for two national house builders and a UK car manufacturer.
