Claire is a senior associate within the firm’s Real Estate team having joined the firm in 2012. She represents domestic and international private individuals and companies to include investors, developers, landlords, banks, family offices and charities.
Her main focus is high-net worth residential property and complex residential transactions, providing a full range of residential services relating to acquisition, disposal and holding of assets, across England and Wales to include prime London.

- Peer/Landowner: Disposal of leasehold property in central London for circa £2 million.
- International private client: Acquisition of additional leasehold property in central London for circa £3 million.
- Private individual: Lending of circa £9 million over property in Kensington and Chelsea.
- International private client: Acquisition of leasehold property subject to notice of claim to extend lease circa £1 million.
- BVI Company: De-envelope on liquidation to beneficial owner circa £6 million.
- The Crown Estate: Acting for The Crown Estate in drafting/implementation of headleases of part in Richmond upon Thames.
