David Harrison Associate

David is an associate in the firm’s dispute resolution team and has broad experience acting for commercial clients in all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

David's experience includes High Court proceedings, as well as advising clients on alternative forms of dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.

• Successfully defended four individuals in regulatory proceedings before their professional body for alleged misconduct that had gained worldwide media attention.
• Advising one of the UK’s largest charities on is reputation management.
• Advising a High Net Worth individual in bringing defamation proceedings.
