About

Dominic is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and M&A team and heads up the firm’s work for entrepreneurs and family businesses. He is highly experienced, having become a partner in 2011.

He has significant expertise of advising on complex UK and international cross border mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures and regularly advises overseas investors investing in the UK. He also represents family businesses and family offices, and regularly advises entrepreneurs and founder shareholders securing successful clean exits from their businesses, including by way of sale or IPO.

Dominic also regularly advises quoted companies and their financial advisers on a range of equity capital market transactions.

He is ranked in both Chambers and Legal 500.

  • Trivela Group / Walsall Football Club: Advising Trivela, an American sports investment firm, on the acquisition of Walsall Football Club.
  • Regency Purchasing Group: Advising the founder shareholders of Regency Purchasing Group on the sale of the company to Foodbuy (part of the Compass Group).
  • AOTI Inc: Advising US-based medical technology group AOTI on its successful admission to trading on AIM.
  • Biral: Advising the founder shareholders of Biral, a leading provider of high precision meteorological sensors, on the sale of the business to Senseca, a global innovator in measurement technology and environmental monitoring solutions.
  • Michelmersh Brick Holdings plc: Advising AIM quoted Michelmersh Brick Holdings plc on a number of acquisitions, including Carlton Main Brickworks Limited and Belgian based Floren.
  • FlightScope Services: Advising the founder shareholders on the sale of sport data collection, production and tracking technology provider, FlightScope Services, to US sports media giant IMG Arena.
