About
Georgina is an associate in the Real Estate Energy Team with significant renewables and energy experience, including onshore and offshore wind, solar, and battery storage.
Georgina has acted for a variety of institutional investors and developers in relation to the development of their portfolios of ground-mounted solar projects and battery projects including complex, multi-landowner sites, drafting and negotiating option, lease and easement documents, crossing agreements and interface agreements, and conducting due diligence. Georgina has also acted for numerous landowners on NSIP projects.
Georgina has considerable experience dealing with CLLS Certificates of Title for portfolio acquisitions, disposals and financings at various stages of development. She also conducts due diligence for renewable projects and negotiations for the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold interests in land.
Georgina has acted for developers on the land strategy and land rights for offshore windfarm projects, and has experience acting on rooftop projects, working closely with our Projects team to ensure that lease documents dovetail with the energy supply arrangements.
Georgina is focused on growing her expertise in the development, financing and acquisition/ disposal of energy projects.

- Fitzwalter Capital: Advising on the acquisition of a series of solar projects at varying stages of development.
- Conrad: in relation to its commercial rooftop proposition.
- A water company on lease and private wire arrangements to provide power at sites across the UK.
- Anesco: Advising on the sale of numerous solar projects.
