Harrison completed his training contract at Burges Salmon, before qualifying as a solicitor in the firm’s Banking & Finance team. 

He advises borrowers and lenders across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on project finance and real-estate finance.

Advising a UK based environmental impact fund manager on the financing of a portfolio of 8 UK solar projects.

Advising Brussels-based EDFI Management Company and the Renewable Energy Performance Platform on the financing of a solar mini-grid portfolio in Lesotho.

Advising Albion Capital on the on the £57 million financing of their 18MW portfolio of approximately 30 separate renewable energy projects (comprising onshore wind, hydroelectric and rooftop solar projects) situated in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Advising a global asset manager on a facility agreement and associated security package to a UK based real estate investment manager.
