Holly is a senior associate in the firm's dispute resolution team, having qualified in September 2017. Holly works with her colleagues to help clients arrive at the right solution to their issue, minimising impact and maximising success. She is supported by our extensive dispute resolution practice with a proven track record in the highest-profile cases and cross-border, multi-sector expertise.
Holly advises on a broad range of complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on contentious intellectual property matters. She also has core litigation experience across the following sectors:

• Transport
• Data Protection
• Healthcare; and
• Food and retail.
Holly has completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Oxford and is a regular contributor to the firm's intellectual property bulletin, Concept.
